DFW Advisors Ltd. Co. (DFWA) is a Texas Limited Liability Company formed in 1994 by its owner and founders James L. Falvo and Charles B. Gough. The firm has been located in Dallas, Texas since its inception. Our diversity of expertise and ability to adjust to market trends has allowed us to stay competitive and competent in the real estate market. Mr. Falvo’s previous experience in working with architectural firms, the oil and gas industry and 30 plus years in commercial real estate provided the impetus and the drive to create a one stop Real Estate Firm that could address all areas of real estate and all levels of clients.
